We ensure that the product specification for each item is as accurate as possible however, product specifications and availability may alter due to circumstances beyond our control.  If you are unhappy with the product supplied then you may cancel your order in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

 

To the best of our knowledge, all jewellery and accessories sold by Rock Paper Kisses are lead and nickel free however, we cannot be held liable for any items sold containing either lead or nickel and we are unable to verify the lead or nickel content if any, for items listed as 'vintage' or 'one off'.  

 

We cannot be held liable for any allergic reactions encountered as a result of wearing or coming into contact with any of our jewellery.

 

We cannot be held liable for any damage caused to the jewellery as a result of not taking due care and looking after the piece. Please refer to our guidance notes surrounding how to look after your jewellery.

 

Items listed as 'vintage' or 'one off' on the corresponding web page may have flaws due to the age and history of the piece. Where possible, we will disclose any or all flaws visible or known (if any) however, we cannot be held liable for any difference in perception nor can we provide an age, origin or known history of the item or piece.

 

Any or all names given to the jewellery, accessories and other pieces available for sale on our website bear no connection with and are not endorsed by any celebrity, person or place bearing the same name, either living or dead. 

 

If a product is out of stock, the 'add to cart' button will become disabled for that particular item, until such a time that the item is back in stock. Should you have any questions about stock and availability, please email mail@rockpaperkisses.co.uk or use the 'contact us' form provided.  If the item is a vintage, limited edition or 'one off' piece, the item listing will be removed from the corresponding web page and website once sold.

 

Some of the pieces we sell may be inspired by designer jewellery and accessories available elsewhere, in line with current trends. Should there be any concerns about copyright infringement with regards to a particular piece, please alert us immediately by emailing mail@rockpaperkisses.co.uk or by using the 'contact us' form and we will remove the item from the website with immediate effect. 

 

We can not be held liable for any damage caused whilst in transit. All items and packaging are checked thoroughly prior to postage.

 

We are within our rights to proceed with and/or cease special offers and sales at any time without prior notification. Should certain items be reduced in price as part of an offer or sale, it must be noted that the item will have been sold at full price prior to this.
